		<description>Good point, I didn&#039;t notice that she said 2010, I was answering as if it was April 2009. They, and any other first time filers, should file after the end of your fiscal year even if it means a partial year filing. The IRS determines what your fiscal period ends based on the dates you put on that initial filing.</description>
